Refund Policy

At BAM, we strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and ensure that all of our products meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy

BAM offers a full refund policy for item cost only; the shipping fee is non-refundable. We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the item.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.

For a laptop charger, in case the item is not working or not compatible with the device, a replacement will be provided; a refund will only be available if no replacement is available. Customers will get a return label through download or print. Please get in touch with our customer service team at info@bam.ae to initiate a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@bam.ae. We will provide a return shipping label, if necessary, and process a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 11 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
